  1. Description of Service. Rank In Public helps users discover and rank websites by head‑to‑head comparisons using an ELO‑based system.
  2. No Disposable Email Accounts. Accounts must not be created with disposable or temporary email addresses.
  3. Fair Competition. We may cancel any upload, ranking action, or account at any time for any reason, including suspected vote manipulation, multi‑account abuse, or self‑voting beyond permitted limits.
  4. Ownership and Use. The Service is free to use. Optional promotional placements may be available—contact [email protected].
  5. User Data Collection. We collect personal data such as email and account information, and non‑personal/technical data (e.g., logs and device information), and we may use cookies and similar technologies. Optional analytics (Google Analytics 4) is used to understand usage; analytics cookies are disabled by default and only enabled upon consent. We do not sell personal data.   6. Communication Consent. By signing up, you consent to receive communications about your account and ranking updates. Our newsletter is enabled by default at signup; you can opt out anytime.
